Due to the instant nature of electronic digital service provisioning on indgrow.in, all transactions are final. The moment a transaction is successfully authorized via our corporate payment gateway (Razorpay), our system logs the allocation. Consequently, orders cannot be edited, paused, modified, redirected to another link, or cancelled under any circumstances once payment is completed.

2. Strict Link Validation & User Errors

Our campaign processing queue handles data exactly as input by the user at checkout. Indgrow executes no manual checking or correcting of links prior to launch. We provide no refunds, replacements, or account credits if the customer:

3. Razorpay Friendly Fraud & Chargeback Protocol

By initiating a UPI, net banking, or card payment on indgrow.in, the Buyer formally agrees not to open a malicious, fraudulent, or retaliatory payment dispute, refund claim, or chargeback with Razorpay or their issuing bank.

4. Service Failures & System Credit

In the exceptional circumstance that a technical error occurs exclusively within Indgrow's internal infrastructure, causing an order to stall with zero delivery, our backend log will evaluate the transaction. If our system tracking confirms zero metrics were routed to the link because of an internal fault, the administration will issue a manual adjustment. System credits or resolutions are evaluated strictly at the discretion of the Indgrow operations team.
