1. Scope and Nature of Services

Indgrow (indgrow.in) operates strictly as an independent digital brand visibility accelerator and social proof orchestration engine. All deliverables—including but not limited to views, followers, likes, saves, impressions, and engagements—are intended solely for cosmetic enhancement, profile styling, and brand positioning aesthetics.

2. No Revenue, Sales, or Algorithmic Guarantees

Indgrow explicitly disclaims any warranties regarding financial outcomes, business leads, customer inquiries, ad conversion rates, or organic algorithmic prioritization. The Buyer acknowledges that our packages deliver vanity metrics designed to establish baseline digital credibility. We do not provide, sell, or imply the generation of organic human interactions, nor do we promise that your content will hit the Explore Page or generate revenue.

3. Account Privacy & Order Prerequisites

It is a mandatory prerequisite that the target social media profile, account, or specific post link be set to "Public" before placing an order.

• Our team reviews and initiates your order queue based on the exact start-count of your profile at the time of processing.
• If a post or profile is set to Private, restricted by age, or geoblocked, the order cannot be completed.
• Indgrow will not provide refills or adjustments for orders submitted with private or restricted profile statuses.

4. Third-Party Platform Independence & Updates

Indgrow maintains no affiliation, official association, endorsement, or structural partnership with Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, Threads, Facebook, ByteDance, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or any other social media network. The architectures of these external networks are governed entirely by their respective corporate entities.

5. Account Safety & Liability Limitation

By deploying services from indgrow.in, the Buyer assumes all operational risks. Indgrow, its directors, and developers shall not be held liable, legally accountable, or financially responsible for any adverse actions executed by third-party social platforms against the Buyer's account. This includes, but is not limited to: organic reach drops, shadowbans, profile restrictions, temporary or permanent account suspension, or content removal under community guideline updates.

6. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments processed securely through Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant).
• Accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm).
• Orders confirmed only after successful payment.
• Professional invoice emailed after each order.

7. Refund Policy

See our Refund Policy. Key points include:

• No refund will be provided if your Instagram account or post is set to Private at the time of order or during delivery.
• No refund if incorrect URL or username is provided by the customer.
• No refund after order has started processing.
• Partial refund may be considered if order is not delivered within 24 hours — contact support.
• Results may vary based on Instagram algorithm changes — this is outside our control.
